Research Philosophy
Teaching mathematics has always been about guiding students to see patterns, ask questions, and recognize the beauty of logical structure. My teaching philosophy is centered on connection, clarity, and continuous growth. I aim to design learning experiences that empower students to think critically, explore deeply, and feel supported at every step. Ultimately, my goal is to help students not only master the technical aspects of mathematics but also experience the joy of discovery and problem-solving.

Ultimately, my goal is to help students not only master the technical aspects of mathematics but also experience the joy of discovery and problem-solving.
UTC
I have taught Calculus I with Analytic Geometry for several semesters as an introductory course. I have also taught upper-level courses, including Real Analysis (Measure Theory) and proof-based Mathematical Analysis. Beyond the classroom, I have supervised individual research projects for undergraduate and master’s students in mathematics, as well as students from other disciplines. I have also supervised master’s and Ph.D. students both at UTC and internationally.
Prior to UTC
I taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate mathematics courses at Mersin University, including Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Differential Geometry, Numerical Methods in Engineering, Probability and Statistics, Fractional Differential Equations, and Differential Equations with Delay. Several of these courses, including Numerical Methods in Engineering and Probability and Statistics, were taught in English. I also taught Ordinary Differential Equations in English at Toros University. In addition, I had the opportunity to teach for short periods at European institutions through Erasmus visits, which further broadened my teaching experience in an international setting.
